How do I know what size my Chrysler 300C rims are?

My Chrysler 300C was really beaten up in an accident and I need to replace my rims. I was going to order some, but I have no idea what size to get. My tires were shredded, so I can’t check the rim size by reading the tire. How can I figure out what size my rims are?

The best way to check the size of your Chrysler 300C rims is to check the tires. If you don’t have access to the tires on your
Chrysler 300C
, you can always measure the rim itself. You’ll want to measure in inches, as this is the number that tire manufacturers use when they determine tire size.
Here’s how to measure your rims:
  • Locate the two bead seats on your rim. They’ll be directly opposite from each other.
  • Using a tape measure, start at one bead seat and measure directly across the rim to the other bead seat.
  • The diameter of the rim is the distance (in inches) between the two bead seats.
If you’re still unsure, you can always check your owner’s manual. It should list exactly what size rims and tires you need for your vehicle.
If your vehicle was damaged in an accident, you might be left with a huge repair bill if your
car insurance
isn’t too great.
