on the road. Luckily, it is pretty basic to repair.If you are having 6.7 Powerstroke fuel rail pressure sensor problems, your check engine light will come on, and you will experience poor gas mileage, stalling, and difficulty with starting and accelerating.
- The check engine light will come on. This can mean many things on its own, so check for other symptoms on the list.
- **Difficulty starting your truck. **You may not be getting enough gas to your engine, making that initial spark hard to come by.
- If your engine is getting too much fuel, you will get worse gas mileage than usual.
- You might notice your truck lag when you try to accelerate.
- If your sensor isn’t replaced, your truck will begin stalling. This could happen when you are idling or driving down the road.
If you need to replace your sensor, plan on paying $100-$150 for the partand about $150-$200 for labor if you
take it to a mechanic
