Getting the bulletproof car in GTA Vice City is easier than you might think! To get this vehicle, follow these steps:
- Buy a safe house that has a garage. The cheapest one is the Links View Apartment in Vice Point and costs $6,000.
- To steal the bulletproof car, you have to do the Guardian Angels mission. Rather than watching over Diaz and his men, assassinate Diaz. You’ll have to fight his men after that, so be ready.
- Get in the silver car.
- Drive it to the safe house.
- It should be available whenever you want it at your safe house.
