How do I fold down a Honda CR-V's back seats?

I have a new Honda CR-V, and I know the seats fold down, but I can't figure out how to do it.

Newer Honda CR-V models have a simple lever located behind the rear seats on the side of the interior. When you pull this lever, the back seats fold down in one motion.
For older Honda CR-V models, you’ll have to follow these steps:
  • Push the seatbelt buckles into the seat cushions.
  • Release the center seat belt from the detachable anchor and let it retract into its holder on the ceiling.
  • Be sure the rear armrest is stored.
  • Push the button next to each headrest to turn the headrests downwards.
  • Lower the center headrest as far as it will go.
  • Come around to the side door and pull the tab that’s sticking out to the side from under the seat.
  • Push the back of the seat down so that it’s laying flat.
  • Repeat the process with the seat on the other side of the car.
