How do I fix the sun visor in my Toyota RAV4?
The clip that attaches my sun visor to the ceiling in my car broke off! I have the piece, but how do I fix it so the visor doesn’t flop around when I drive?

We definitely don’t want a floppy sun visor to distract you while you drive! You can fix the sun visor in your
Toyota RAV4
with some glue and a little patience. That way, you can get right back to driving in sunny weather.Here’s how you do it:
- Use a wet cloth to clean the broken piece, as well as the base of the clip attached to the car’s ceiling.
- Apply a thin layer of super glue to the broken piece and the base.
- Using a decent amount of pressure, reattach the broken clip piece and hold it for several seconds until the glue somewhat dries.
- Apply an extra layer of super glue to the outside of the broken area to ensure it holds.
Just like that, you’ve fixed the sun visor in your Toyota RAV4!
