So sorry to hear about your bumper! To fix scratches on a plastic bumper, you’ll need to strip, sand, and repaint the bumper.
Most bumpers have paint as well as a clear coating. Depending on how deep the scratches are, you may need to completely sand down the bumper to allow the new paint to adhere.
