How do I find the lowest car insurance?

What is the lowest form of car insurance? My husband is an active duty member of the military. Once again, our family is getting ready to move to a new state for his training. Since we are a military family that moves around quite frequently, I would like to purchase a cheaper insurance policy in this next state.

It can be tricky for the whole family to uproot to an unfamiliar location—not to mention expensive. It is understandable why you would like to purchase a cheaper policy.
If you would like a bare-bones policy, purchasing the minimum coverage required in the state will most likely be the lowest form of car insurance you’re allowed to carry.
Many states only require liability insurance, which covers property damage and medical bills for other drivers in accidents you cause. Liability will not cover you, your car, or your passengers if you get hurt in an accident.
Driving in a new state can introduce unexpected situations. To ensure you and your family are better protected while exploring the new surroundings, consider adding comprehensive and/or collision coverage to your policy.
Finding the most affordable auto insurance that fits your family’s needs begins with shopping around multiple providers for the best quote. But this can take time and be stressful.
Fortunately, you can leave the hard work of gathering quotes to Jerry. The Jerry app will pull rates from up to 50 top insurance companies, like Travelers, Nationwide, and Progressive, in seconds! They even help cancel your old policy once you’ve made your pick.
