I'm a little concerned because this paperwork is asking for my insurance policy number and I can't find it. Where should I look?

Don’t worry! You can find your insurance policy number for your car in a couple of different places.
First, you should know what the number looks like. Your insurance policy number is likely comprised of numbers and letters. Its length will vary. If you have a
multi-car policy
, you might just have one number for all of your cars, or you might have different numbers for all of them.
The easiest place to find your policy number is
on your insurance card
. And some providers will allow you to access details about your policy on their website. If you have any physical documents about your insurance, your policy number will likely be somewhere on there, too.
Once you find your policy number, take a look at your insurance coverage. Is it still working for you? Are you paying a fair amount?
Many people overpay for their insurance. That’s why it’s smart to shop around every six months or so to make sure you aren’t paying too much. The
Jerry
app makes it easy. Jerry will collect quotes for you from over 50 top insurers, so you can be sure that you’re getting the right insurance for the right price.
