If you’ve lost a copy of any
GEICO
documentation, including your auto insurance declaration page
containing your policy details, you can access them online or by phone. Here’s how to do it:- Online: Visit the policy documents section of the online service center
- Phone: Call 1(800) 861-8380 to speak with a GEICO customer service representative
There are two exceptions for accessing documents online:
If you need these, you’ll need to call and speak directly to a customer service member, as these documents are unavailable online.
