I’m sorry to hear about your accident.
Thankfully, it’s a fairly easy process to file a claim with
GEICO
. GEICO will specifically want the following information when you file your claim:- The date, time, and location of the accident
- The names, addresses, phone numbers, and insurance policy numbers of anyone involved
- Photo documentation of the accident scene and damage
- Copies of the police and/or accident reports
Once you have this information, you can call them at (800) 841-3000 or file the claim via their mobile app. Once you’ve filed, they’ll give you a claims number, which will allow you to keep track of the claim’s process.
