“It warms my heart that you’re giving your car to charity!
To donate your car in New Jersey, you’ll just need to choose a charity, reach out to them, and schedule a date to give them the vehicle.
You can call Vehicles for Veterans at 1-855-811-4838 or fill out an online donation form at vehiclesforveterans.org.
The charity will call you within two business days to arrange a pickup date. Whether it runs or not, they’ll take it off your hands. Once they do, you’ll receive a tax-deductible receipt in the mail.
If you find yourself in the market for a
new car
soon, consider shopping around for new car insurance, too.
