How do I do a 2010 Audi A5 front bumper removal?

My old bumper has a massive crack in it, and the new one I ordered just arrived. The only issue is, I have no idea how to take off the old one! Can you walk me through a 2010 Audi A5 front bumper removal?

Sorry to hear that your bumper cracked, but that’s good to hear that you’re staying on top of the repair process. In order to do it yourself, here are the steps you’ll need to take to do a 2010
Audi A5
front bumper removal. Keep in mind that for this specific Audi make and model, the grille will also be removed along with the front bumper:
  • Pop the hood and unscrew the screws and remove the caps that secure the grille
  • Take off the grille cover
  • Unscrew the screws beneath the grille cover
  • Turn your steering wheel all the way to the left or the right
  • Now, look at your wheel walls. Unscrew the screws and remove the rivets that attach to the fender liner
  • Move the wheel lockers to the side and unscrew the two nuts beneath the headlights
  • Next, remove the rivets that attach to the fender and unscrew the remaining screws
  • Move the two lockers aside
  • Gently pull the front bumper from the vehicle.
  • Remove/disconnect any remaining parts such as the headlight washer hoses, connector from the PDC, fog lamp connector, and other electrical wires
That’s it! And good on you for handing the repair yourself, it’s a great way to save money on
