  2. Turn on the radio.
  3. Press the phone button icon.
  4. Select Phone Setup.
  5. Scroll down to System Clear.
  6. Select Bluetooth Setup.
  7. Scroll down to Delete Device.
  8. Select Yes on the confirmation prompt.
