How do I delete a Bluetooth device from a Honda Civic 2013?

I bought a new phone today and when I went to connect it to my car’s Bluetooth, I noticed my old phone on the pairing list. How can I delete this Bluetooth device from my 2013 Honda Civic?

Having irrelevant pairing options on your Bluetooth menu can feel like digital clutter, so we’re with you on cleaning that up. Luckily, it’s easy to delete a Bluetooth device from a 2013
Honda Civic
**—you can clearing the outdated paring option in your car’s **Phone Settings menu.
First, press the Phone button on the dash. The multimedia screen will ask if you want to pair a phone—select “no”. This will bring you to the Phone Settings menu. From there, scroll through the options and select Phone Setup.
If you want to delete all the phones that are paired with your car, choose “Connection” from the Phone Settings menu, then find the option that says System Clear. The system will ask you if you want to clear all information stored in the Hands-Free system. By selecting “Yes,” every phone that is paired to Bluetooth will be cleared.
If you don’t want to clear all of the pairing options, select “No”. This sends you back to the Phone Setup menu. Go back to the Connection option and scroll to Delete a Phone. In this menu, you’ll be able to delete Bluetooth devices individually.
