How do I delete a Bluetooth device from a Ford Focus from 2010?

I was borrowing my aunt’s car over the summer, but I’m dropping it off tomorrow. I already filled up the gas tank and cleaned it out, but I’m not sure how to remove my phone from the Bluetooth. Is there a way to delete my phone from a 2010 Focus?

Sounds like your aunt will be getting her Focus back in prime condition! It’s pretty easy to delete a Bluetooth device from a 2010
Ford Focus
, so no stress! Just follow these steps:
  1. Press the “Phone” button on your dashboard
  2. Use the scrolling buttons to find “System Settings” and hit the “OK” button
  3. Find “Bluetooth Devices” and press “OK”
  4. Scroll through to find “Delete devices” and press “OK”. There will be audio confirmation that the device has been deleted.
  5. Delete Ford SYNC from your phone’s list of connected devices.
Once you’ve completed these steps, your SYNC system should confirm there are no devices paired.
