How do I contact someone else's insurance company?
Should I call another driver's insurance company directly? I got in an accident, but I only have the name of the other driver and the name of the insurance company.

“One option is to contact the other car insurance company directly with the information you have and tell them you need to file a claim with one of their insured drivers.
Another option–and the better option–is to contact your own insurance company. You will need to notify them of the claim anyway and provide them with details of the accident.
The insurance companies will work directly with each other to determine fault.”

How much will my liability auto insurance pay out in damages if I have a 50/100/15 policy?
I got into an accident in a parking lot and the damage was pretty bad. Another car was involved and there was damage to the storefront. It was my fault and I am worried that I will have to pay what my insurance won’t.

What happens if the other driver denies fault in an accident?
If the other driver keeps denying fault, will they not pay for my repairs or medical bills? I was in an accident with my motorcycle where another driver swerved and hit me. It's pretty clear it was their fault, but at the scene of accident, the other driving was saying it wasn't.
