How do I connect Bluetooth to the Dodge Dart?

I bought a used Dodge Dart, and I can tell from some research that it indeed has Bluetooth. However, I don’t have the owner’s manual, so I’m not sure how to connect it. What do I do to connect to Bluetooth on the Dodge Dart?

Connecting Bluetooth to the Dodge Dart is surprisingly simple, so don’t stress too much. Follow these instructions to connect your Bluetooth-enabled device to the Uconnect head unit of the Dart in about two minutes or less:
  1. Activate Bluetooth on your phone.
  2. Turn on the Dart, but keep it in park.
  3. On the touch screen or Uconnect screen—this will vary by model year—press the phone button.
  4. Next, hit add device and a PIN should appear.
  5. Find Uconnect on your phone’s list of Bluetooth devices.
  6. Make sure the PIN matches.
  7. Wait until the Uconnect system confirms the pairing, and you’re done!
Depending on the model year, your Dart may be able to handle audio streaming, but at the very least, the Dart has hands-free calling and voice recognition to keep you safe.
