How do I connect Bluetooth to my Acura RDX?
I just got a new phone, and I’m trying to pair it with my Acura RDX, but I can’t remember how. How do I connect to the Acura RDX Bluetooth?

The process to connect to Bluetooth on the Acura RDX depends on whether you have navigation or not. Before pairing your phone with your RDX, stop at a safe area and put your car in park. If your RDX doesn’t have navigation, use the selector knob. If it has navigation, use the interface dials to complete each step.
RDX models without navigation:
- Press the “PHONE” button and select “Yes” when prompted
- Select “OK” for Discovery Mode, and HandsFreeLink will search for discoverable devices
- Select your phone when it appears on the list
- If your phone does not appear, select “Phone Not Found” and then search for HandsFreeLink from your phone
- Select “Connect” at the prompt
- HandsFreeLink will provide a four-digit code that can be entered into your phone
RDX models with navigation:
- Press the “SETTINGS” button and select “Phone Settings”
- Select “Bluetooth Device List”
- Select “Add Bluetooth Device”
- Ensure your phone is in Discovery Mode, and HandsFreeLink will search for your device
- Select your phone when it appears on the list
- If your phone doesn’t appear, select “Device Not Found” and then search for HandsFreeLink from your phone
- HandsFreeLink will provide a four-digit code; ensure this code matches the code on your phone
- Connect to HandsFreeLink from your phone and select “ON” if you would like to enable Automatic Phone Sync to import your contact list and call history
- Press BACK to exit
