How do I connect Bluetooth to a 2011 Chevy Cruze?

I just bought a used Chevy Cruze, and I’m in the process of fixing it up and making it my own. I want to be able to pair my phone, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do it! The seller told me that it had Bluetooth, so I know that I should be able to—how do I connect to Bluetooth in a 2011 Chevy Cruze?

The Bluetooth on every car is different, and connecting isn’t always super intuitive! To connect to Bluetooth in a 2011
Chevy Cruze
, follow these steps:
  • First, make sure you are in the “Bluetooth” menu area on your phone
  • Select the following menu options on your Cruze’s infotainment screen: Configure > Phone settings > Bluetooth > Pair device (phone)
  • Wait for your car to appear on your phone’s Bluetooth device menu and select it
  • Enter the code provided by your Cruze into your phone
And that’s it! You can also give your phone a name, which is handy if you’re going to be pairing more than one device. Congrats on your new-to-you car, and have fun fixing it up!
