You should have been provided with some paperwork outlining your warranty’s details upon purchase, but if you’ve misplaced these documents or require additional information, there are a few ways to check your Ford extended warranty using your vehicle identification number (VIN).
The easiest way is to simply call your dealership and provide them with your VIN. They may even have warranty documents they can supply you if you need extras.
You can also call the manufacturer directly at 800-392-3673 and ask to speak to someone about your warranty. Once again, you’ll just need your VIN so that the customer service agent can assist you.
Finally, your individual Ford dealership may offer an email option or online portal, so check out their website for these options.
