You can easily check your driving record in Arizona. Just follow these simple steps:
  1. Activate your account or sign into your Arizona Motor Vehicle Department account at
    https://azmvdnow.gov/home

  2. Input all of the information necessary, including your full name, license number, date of birth, and Social Security number.
  3. Pay the $3 fee for a three-year record of $5 for a five-year record.
  4. Alternatively, you can get your driving record by going to your local DMV and filling out Form 46-4416 and paying the appropriate fee.
