The name of your insurance carrier is listed on your insurance card and any other policy documents that you received when you signed up for your policy. Drivers are legally required to carry
with them anytime they drive, so if you can’t find these documents, you will need to request new ones just as soon as you figure out the name of your carrier.
Some other places to look for the name of your car insurance carrier are:
Your bank statements, which will have records of your car insurance payments
Your local DMV office
