How do I check if my Honda is still under warranty?

I sometimes borrow my dad’s Honda Accord to run errands and have found the windshield wipers slam down really loudly, splashing water everywhere. He says this doesn’t bother him, but surely this can’t be good for the car. Can I easily fix this?

My car’s clear coat is peeling. I took it to the shop, but they said the only thing they can do is redo the entire car body paint job. I really don’t feel like paying for that—isn’t there some kind of DIY solution? How do you fix peeling clear coat on a car yourself?

Is there a way to report someone if I see them texting and driving? There’s someone who I see on the road near my apartment all the time and he’s always on his phone. I’ve seen him almost hit someone a couple of different times, so I want to report him before he gets into an accident!
