, open the hood, locate and remove the old bulb, and insert the new one.
Turn signals are an essential feature in any car as they greatly reduce the risk of accidents. If one of your turn signals is out, you’ll be at higher risk of a collision. You could also get a ticket if you’re pulled over.
Here’s what you’ll need to do to change the front turn signal bulb in a
Toyota
:
  1. Pop the hood.
  2. Locate the bulb that is burnt out. It should be just behind the headlight attached to a set of intertwined cords.
  3. Remove the bulb from the housing unit by turning it counterclockwise and pulling it gently out.
  4. Pull the bulb out from the electrical plug.
  5. Insert the new bulb into the electrical plug.
  6. Insert the new bulb and electrical plug back into the housing unit and turn clockwise.
  7. Start your engine and test the turn signal to ensure the new bulb is working.
Once you’ve got the new bulb installed, you should be good to go!
