, you’ve got this.The most common cause of a brake light going out is a faulty or burned-out bulb. Here’s how to change the brake light in a 1999
Toyota Camry
:- Look up the replacement part number for the brake light bulb and buy it
- Open the trunk and find the tail light assembly on the affected side
- Remove the cover from the tail light assembly
- Reach in and unlock the socket by turning it counterclockwise
- Pull the socket out
- Remove the bulb
- Using gloves to avoid damage and smudging, install the new bulb
- Reinsert the socket, turn it clockwise, and replace the cover
That’s it! Now you should test your tail light.
