How do I change a Toyota Innova headlight bulb?
I received a ticket for my headlight being out on my Toyota. Fortunately, the officer said they’ll reduce my fine if I prove that I replaced the headlight. The only problem is that I’ve never replaced a headlight bulb before. How do I change the headlight bulb on a Toyota Innova? It’s on the left side.

It’s true! Many municipalities will give you a reduced ticket or eliminate the citation altogether if car owners fix their faulty headlights. So, to change a Toyota Innova headlight bulb, follow these steps:
- Buy the correct replacement bulb at an auto parts store.
- Remove your car battery for easier access to your headlight.
- Remove the bulb housing terminal from its rubber sheath.
- Press the spring latch to remove the bulb.
- Pop in the new headlight bulb, making sure you don’t touch it as this can disrupt its performance and longevity.
