How do I change a 2010 Honda Accord headlight bulb?

I just got a ticket for my headlight being out, but the officer told me I can clear the ticket if I get the light bulb replaced. How can I change a 2010 Honda Accord headlight bulb?

! Fortunately, you can get out of that ticket by following these steps to change a 2010 Honda Accord headlight bulb:
  • Go to your local auto parts store to purchase the right bulb.
  • Once you have the right bulb, pop open the hood.
  • On each side of the engine compartment, you should see a small circle impression.
  • Grab this circle and turn it counterclockwise to remove the wiring harness with the bulb.
  • Pull the old bulb out.
  • Put the new bulb in.
  • Reinsert the bulb into the housing and turn it clockwise to seal it.
Headlight bulbs are cheap.
