How do electric car mirrors work?
I am having a bit of difficulty with the mirrors on my car. I'm hoping it's something I can fix on my own. How do electric car mirrors work?

mirror is powered by the DC motors in the car and functions through the communication of two switches.Your car mirror uses a power mirror switch, which is essentially two rocker switches put together. Each switch connects to two wires that connect to a direct current (DC) motor inside the mirror on your doors. Each mirror has two DC motors that control the up/down and left/right function.
When you push the switch in your desired direction, electricity flows through the switch to the DC motor and causes the mirror to move. When you change the switch’s direction, the electricity reverses and moves the mirror in the opposite direction.
