How can you make ceramic coating?
Is it possible to make ceramic coating at home? I want to coat my truck and my garage is full of paint and clear coats. I was hoping I could make my own instead of buying one.

You can buy a 9H ceramic coating kit and coat your truck at home, but you won’t be able to make your own ceramic coating.
Ceramic coating is composed of silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, fluorine, and a few other ingredients. While these elements are relatively safe, it isn’t a good idea to mix chemicals at home, hoping to replace this product.
A professional ceramic coating can cost up to $5000 but high-end ceramic kits can cost well under $400. Buying a kit will still have a ton of money!
