How can you change the cabin air filter in a Honda Accord?
My car is starting to smell a little funky when I turn on the AC. My dad said the air filter must be clogged and it needs to be replaced. How do you change the cabin air filter in a Honda Accord?

Cabin air filters keep the air in your car free from bacteria, pollen, dust, and more. They should be replaced around every 25,000 miles, and it’s easy to do at home!
- Open the glovebox and remove the black clips in the back. Make sure to hold the glovebox in place because it will fall forward once the clips are removed.
- Pull the left-hand side tab located next to several multicolored wires to remove the cabin air filter cover
- Slide out the air filters, starting with the left one, and then slide the right over to the same position and remove it. Pull them out by their tabs.
- Remove dirty air filters from the frames, insert new air filters into the frames, and insert the new filters back into the slot in the reverse order (right, then left).
- Replace the filter cover, clips, and glovebox.
