How can I stay cool in a car without AC?
The AC in my car stopped working in the middle of August. Now, I look like I just got out of the shower when I arrive at work every day. it’s pretty gross. Any tips on how I can stay cool in a car without AC?

Buy a Cooling Seat Cover: Usually, in these situations, the driver’s back gets the worst of the heat. A cooling seat cover can keep your head, back, and seat cool and sweat-free, while also making your ride more comfortable. Most of these seat covers plug into your car’s 12-volt system (or cigarette lighter) and an intake fan circulates air along your body.
Always Bring a Cold Drink: This one is pretty self-explanatory; a cold drink will keep your body temperature down and keep you hydrated in the heat. Ice water is always the best choice, but who could say no to some iced coffee or tea in the morning?
A Cooling Towel: Cooling towels are specifically designed to keep your body cool in extreme heat. Pouring some cold water over it, wringing it out, and draping it over your neck as you drive is a surefire way to beat the heat.
Buy a Portable AC: Portable air conditioners run on your car’s 12-volt power system, or even rechargeable batteries. Some of them may require you to fill them with ice or water before you begin your commute. But once you switch it on and close your windows, you’ll have some crisp, cool air moving through your vehicle.
