My car’s power seat has been on the fritz the last few weeks, and now it’s stopped working entirely. Is there any way I can adjust my seat manually, or do I have to pay to get it fixed?

You can manually move a power seat using one of the following methods:
The winder: Find the seat’s motor, which will likely be at the back left or back right of the seat. Turn the motor winder to the left to move the seat forward or to the right to move the seat backward.
The seat’s mechanisms: You’ll need a drill, pliers, scissors, and protective gear like goggles and an apron to remove the seat and expose the long shaft of the seat’s mechanisms. This will allow you to manipulate it yourself and adjust the seat.
Keep in mind: Both of the methods above are more complicated and time-consuming than seeking
