How can I lower the car insurance premium for a young driver?

I have 16-year-old twins, and both of them are getting their licenses at the same time. I want to add them to my policy so that they can legally drive our car, but car insurance quotes seem way too expensive. How can I lower my car insurance premium, or get a better quote?
