How can I lower my car insurance in Florida?

I'm paying $300 a month for insurance. I live in South Beach. How can I lower my car insurance?

Florida has some of the highest car insurance rates in the country, but you can try a few things to lower your rate.
One option is to reduce your coverage on your current policy. While lowering your insurance coverage isn’t always recommended, you could look at the optional coverages on your policy and change them accordingly.
If you have full glass coverage, roadside assistance, or rental car coverage, you may want to consider removing them from your policy. Reducing your optional coverages can save you money on your premiums.
But perhaps the easiest way to try and lower your insurance costs is to shop around. By comparison shopping with other insurance companies, you can find the cheapest rate for you. Although you may be paying $300 a month with your current company, you may find a lower rate elsewhere.
Use the Jerry app to compare quotes from over 50 insurers in just minutes. Hopefully, you can find a better rate on your Florida car insurance.
