How can I know my car insurance premium?

I'd like to see a breakdown of how much I pay for insurance per year. Can you tell me how to figure out my car insurance premium?

Good question! Luckily, insurance companies provide customers with a
declaration page
that lists your coverage amounts, discounts, drivers, and vehicles on your policy, among other things.
Not only will the declarations page show your total policy premium, it will also list the cost of the individual coverages per car and the individual totals.
The declarations page should be the first page or series of pages on your policy. Be sure to get a new declarations page from your insurer every time you make a change to your policy.
If you don’t understand the breakdown of your insurance premium or you want to make changes to your policy, it’s best to give your insurance agent a call.
And if you think you’re paying too much for insurance, the
Jerry
app can help by generating quotes from over 50 of the nation’s leading insurance companies to find you a great rate. Plus, if you find a plan you like, we’ll even help you switch.
Best of luck!
