How can I find the Chevy Traverse battery location?

I picked up a used SUV at auction, knowing that it had several issues, including a battery that needed to be replaced. But now I’m looking under the hood and don’t see a traditional-looking battery although I do see a red terminal. Help! How can I find the Chevy Traverse battery location?

The
Chevy Traverse
battery location is behind the front passenger seat, under the floor panel. You’ll need a 15 mm Torx screw to unscrew the floor cover to get to it.
What you likely saw under the hood are the remote battery terminals that some car and SUV manufacturers install to make it easy to jumpstart an engine.
Finding a battery if it’s not in a normal location can be a headache. The same can be true when comparing
car insurance
rates. All you want is a quick quote, but each insurance company requires you to fill out lengthy forms first—and some even ask for your phone number so an agent can call!
