How can I find out my claims history?
Is there a way for me to find out about what claims I have had in the past? I have had several different insurance companies over the years, and I don't think my current company's claims for me are correct. There are some things listed that I don't remember.

First, you will want to order a CLUE report. CLUE stands for Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange. It is a reporting database that all

companies use to report claims and general policy information. The report will back seven years and will show paid, denied, and reported claims. You can get a free copy of your CLUE report every 12 months via:
If you see any errors, contact the insurance provider who submitted the report and ask them to correct it. They can also email a claims history letter for you to forward to your current insurance company.
