How can I clean water spots off car seats?

This summer my kids loved playing out in the sprinklers. Often, we’d hop in the car to go get some ice cream or head to a friend’s house after. Now, I have all these water spots on my car seats. How can I clean them off?

That sounds like a lot of fun! While water spots may seem stubborn, you can easily remove them with water and vinegar, making your summer car maintenance pain-free!
To remove the water spots:
  • Mix one part vinegar and five parts water in a spray bottle and apply it gently to the stains. Begin by working around the edges of the spots and moving inward toward the center.
  • With a microfiber cloth, gently pat the stain as you spray.
  • Allow the spot to dry completely to prevent mold or mildew growth.
