How can I clean my car dashboard and doors?
I’ve started driving a whole bunch since I got a new job, and I’m noticing my car getting absolutely filthy. I’ve already gotten rid of the heaps of trash I had laying around, but the rest of the car is still pretty bad. What’s the easiest way to clean a car’s dashboard and doors?

Here’s how to easily clean your dashboard and doors:
- Start by vacuuming everything with a soft brush attachment to suck up any loose dirt, debris, and dust.
- Choose a cleaner—preferably one made for car interiors but diluted dish soap in a spray bottle will work fine. Spray it along the dashboard and doors in small increments to keep it from drying on the surface before you can wipe it up.
- Pay close attention to smaller nooks and knobs on the dashboard and doors.
- Allow the cleaner to soak into badly soiled areas such as the cup holders before wiping clean.
- Follow up with fresh water and a clean cloth.
