Step 1: Call LexisNexis at 866-312-8076 to request a free copy of your report.
Step 3: Contact your car insurance company to report the problem.
Step 4: Ask for an updated claims history letter which will update your CLUE report.
Keep in mind: Corrections to your CLUE report can take up to 30 days.
