While driving in some heavy rain, I accidentally swiped someone’s car and broke their mirror. Because I was in the middle of a flash flood, I got out of there as quickly as I could. I returned the next day and the car was still there, so I contacted the police to file a report. But I would like to know if the car is insured. How can I check if someone is insured on a car?
