How can I charge an electric car at home without a garage?

Is there a way for me to charge my electric car at home safely if I don’t have a garage to keep my car protected? I haven’t built a garage yet, but I’m tired of charging my car at charging stations and I want to install a home charger if that’s possible.

Even if you don’t have a garage, you can still charge your electric car at home! While not having a garage makes it a little more complicated to run the wiring out to your vehicle, you can have an electrician install a hardwired charging station.
This will usually cost you between $500 and $1,200, although it could cost more if you’d like a high-voltage charger. The charging station will be safe in all weather, so no need to worry about not having a covering over your vehicle!
While you’re taking some time to research your electric car charging options, take an extra minute to make sure you’re not paying too much for your car insurance. Download the
