How can I buy a Mercedes extended warranty?

I just got a new Mercedes and didn’t realize I could get an extended warranty. Now I’m not sure what to do. How can I buy one?

Don’t worry, there’s still time! You can buy the
Mercedes
 extended warranty from the dealership where you bought your car. One stipulation is that your car needs to be covered by the factory warranty.
Remember, extended warranties from a dealership require you to use their technicians, repair shops, and parts. Consider this caveat before you make the purchase.
That said, there are a lot of benefits to buying a Mercedes extended warranty:

  • Trip interruption, which covers some food and lodging if your car breaks down when you’re far from home
  • Loaner car
  • No deductible, no payment at the shop, and no paperwork
