How can I buy a Hyundai extended warranty?

I recently bought a new Hyundai, but I didn’t pick up an extended warranty at the time. Can I still add it to my Hyundai, or am I out of luck?

As long as you still have at least 30 days and 1,000 miles left on your
Hyundai’s
bumper-to-bumper factory warranty, you can buy extended protection. You actually have a couple of options for adding an extended warranty on your new Hyundai:
  • Contact your Hyundai dealer directly to sign up for a Hyundai Protection Plan Vehicle Service Contract
  • Contact a third-party provider, like CarShield, Endurance, or Carchex to see what types of extended warranties they offer for your Hyundai
Hyundais already have great warranties, but an extended warranty can add much-needed peace of mind for many drivers. Another way to add peace of mind—and savings—to your car-ownership experience is with great
car insurance
