Does Wyoming have tolls?
I haven’t really been toward the western end of the country much so I’m planning on exploring Wyoming for a week in the summer. I’m currently prepping for all the scenic driving ahead of me and I was wondering: does Wyoming have tolls?

There will be some very scenic drives ahead of you indeed!
You’re also in a lot of luck with this one: Wyoming is one of few states that has absolutely no toll roads. You can therefore freely explore any route your heart desires without a care in the world about spare coins or toll transponders.
Summer is the best time to visit Yellowstone, too—so you have plenty to look forward to on your western trek!
In case you’re curious, here are the other states that are just as toll-free as Wyoming.
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Connecticut
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Iowa
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Mexico
- North Dakota
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
- Wisconsin
