Does the Hyundai warranty cover a cracked windshield?
I just drove my new Hyundai off the lot a week ago, and I just noticed a crack in my windshield. Will my warranty cover this?

Cracked windshields are annoying—and potentially dangerous—anytime, but having yours crack so soon after picking up your new Hyundai has to be a major bummer! Whether it will be covered under warranty though will depend on what caused the crack and what type of warranty you have:
- If the crack was caused by a manufacturer defect, it will be covered under warranty no matter what.
- If the crack was caused by a propelled rock or another road hazard, it will only be covered if you purchased an aftermarket warranty that includes windshield coverage.
