Does the Hyundai Santa Fe have a blind spot monitor?

I’ve been looking at cars that I could rent while I’m in California for two weeks, and the best option seems to be the Hyundai Santa Fe. The only problem is I’m used to my tiny Smart car, so I’m worried about driving a larger vehicle. Does the Santa Fe have blind spot detection?

The
Hyundai Santa Fe
does have a blind spot monitor! There are two cameras—one located on each side mirror—that are monitoring your blind spots. The display will also highlight items in the blind spot for you, so you’ll always know when there’s an object, person, or something else that you need to avoid.
The Santa Fe can also detect obstructions in front of the car and warn you. If you ignore the warning, the car can even apply the brakes for you to avoid any potential collisions.
While you’re learning about blind spot detection in the Santa Fe, consider learning how to save on your insurance, too. It’s quick and easy if you download the
