Does the 2016 Dodge Journey have Bluetooth?
I’m shopping for a used SUV, and I’ve narrowed it down to the 2016 Dodge Journey and the 2016 Ford Escape. I know my decision will come down to Bluetooth and the sound system. I’ve already found that the Escape comes with Bluetooth, but does the Dodge Journey have Bluetooth, too?

It’s good to know your priorities, and it sounds like you’re doing your research! Bluetooth is not standard on any trim level of the 2016 Dodge Journey. However, it is an optional upgrade for the
SE
, Crossroad Plus
, SXT
, and R/T
trim levels. If you’re shopping for a used SUV, find out what packages and upgrades it has before you buy. If it turns out that the Journey you’re looking at didn’t have Bluetooth added, it is possible to buy an aftermarket head unit and pay to get it installed—although this isn’t a cheap option. Plan on paying $100+ on parts and labor to enjoy Bluetooth in your ride.
