Does the 2013 Kia Optima have Bluetooth?

I’m visiting some friends for a few weeks, and they said that I can use one of their extra cars while I’m in town. It’s a little bit older, and I’m wondering if I’ll be able to pair my phone with it. Do you know if a 2013 Kia Optima has Bluetooth?

Those are some good friends you have there—make sure you treat them to a nice dinner with the money you’re saving on a
rental car
!
The 2013
Kia Optima
does have Bluetooth functionality, so you should be able to pair your phone no problem.
It’s pretty easy to pair as well—here’s what you’ll need to do:
** Press the phone button on the instrument panel ** The car will ask if you want to pair a phone—say yes! ** In your device, make sure your Bluetooth is turned on in your settings ** Once your device finds the Kia, select it in the Bluetooth menu ** Your device will ask for a PIN, which should be displayed on the infotainment screen. The factory default PIN is “0000”, so it’s most likely that ** Your device and the Kia will have a little chat, your contacts and phone will sync, and you’ll be good to go!
If your friends’ Optima didn’t have Bluetooth, you could have gotten an aftermarket
Bluetooth adapter
if you wanted to, but it doesn’t look like that’s something you need to worry about. Enjoy your visit, and don’t forget to unpair your phone before you return your loaner wheels!
