Does the 2011 Mercedes C300 have Bluetooth audio?
I’ve inherited a Mercedes from my grandpa, but I’m having trouble figuring out some of its features. I’d like to play music from my phone, but I don’t have an aux cord. Does the 2011 Mercedes C300 have Bluetooth audio?

That is quite the gift car, and you’re in luck: the 2011
Mercedes C300
does indeed have Bluetooth audio!To use this convenient feature, you’ll need to pair your device to your Mercedes infotainment software. Here’s what you need to do:
- Make sure that your device’s Bluetooth is on and your C300 is on—but stay in Park!
- Look at your Mercedes infotainment screen and use the controls to select System, then Settings, and finally Bluetooth.
- Select Activate Bluetooth and wait while the system boots up.
- Return to the main menu and select Phone from the top list of menus, then Phone again in the bottom left-hand corner.
- Select Bluetooth Phones from the pop-up list then select Update, Options, and External Authorizations to start searching for pairable devices.
- Open your device’s Bluetooth menu and select MB Bluetooth in your list of pairable devices.
- Select Yes on your car’s infotainment screen when it asks if you want to authorize your device.
- Enter a passcode of your choosing (up to 16 digits) in your infotainment system and again on your device to complete the pair.
It’s not the most convenient Bluetooth setup we’ve seen, but it should do the trick! Now you can use voice commands to enjoy all the Bluetooth features your 2011 Mercedes C100 has to offer including audio streaming and hands-free calls and texts. Happy driving!
